At My Bedding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Be returned in their original packaging, where possible.

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used, washed, or damaged bedding products.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless faulty).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to product availability.
